Industrial sites or businesses may not be located in the same location. Factories or businesses can be found in scattered lands or even in interurban areas. Especially in commercial areas, production areas can be found in both urban and rural areas even at intercontinental points. In such places, it becomes important to control the energy from the entrance to the distribution boards, to monitor it, and to monitor it remotely in case of other possible needs. In this article, monitoring the energy and controlling the relays on the medium voltage side of a company that has businesses in different districts will be explained.
The status of MV breakers in Zonguldak Turkey hard coal substations and the information obtained from energy analyzers were transferred to the SCADA computer in the center. In the 1st stage, with the infrastructure works carried out in 4 different districts, the desired data was wirelessly received, tracked, monitored and controlled via the SCADA computer located in the headquarters building. In the project, it was ensured that reports could be received by authorized persons, and which MV relays were remotely closed/opened within their authority.
