Your personal data may be processed by CEDETAŞ Engineering and Technology Inc. (“CEDETAŞ”) in the capacity of data controller, in accordance with the Republic of Turkey Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”) or (“KVK”) within the scope described below.

Your collected personal data may be processed by CEDETAŞ within the scope of the following purposes, in accordance with the basic principles stipulated in the Law and within the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law:

Your personal data that you transmit by using the Membership Application Form are processed for the purpose of carrying out activities for the realization of your CEDETAŞ membership,

Your personal data that you transmit by using the Contact Form may be processed for the purpose of returning to you upon your communication request and contacting you accordingly and performing the necessary actions regarding your notes on the form.

Your personal data collected within the scope of the E-bulletin Membership Form is used to send you commercial and informative bulletins about CEDETAŞ, the economic enterprises of CEDETAŞ, the activities of CEDETAŞ and the activities of CEDETAŞ to your contact information that you have forwarded to us.

  1. PARTIES TO WHICH YOUR PERSONAL DATA IS TRANSFERRED AND THE PURPOSE OF TRANSFER

Your collected personal data is sent to our business partners, suppliers, legally authorized public institutions and authorized private individuals in order to fulfill the above-mentioned purposes, in accordance with the basic principles stipulated in the Law and within the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law can be transferred.

CEDETAŞ has the right to host personal data on domestic and foreign servers (servers may belong to itself, its affiliates, subcontractors or outsource service providers) and transfer personal data in order to receive hosting service, again limited to the fulfillment of the above-mentioned purposes.

  1. METHOD OF COLLECTING YOUR PERSONAL DATA AND LEGAL REASON

Your personal data will be collected by CEDETAŞ through electronically filled forms, data entry fields and cookies in order to achieve the above-mentioned purposes. Your collected personal data can be processed and transferred for the purposes specified in this Clarification Text within the scope of the legal personal data processing conditions for the establishment and performance of the contract in Article 5 of the Law, the existence of express consent and the realization of legitimacy or legitimate interests.

What Are Your Rights as a Data Owner?

In accordance with Article 11 of the KVK (Personal Data Protection) Law, data owners,

  • learning whether personal data is processed,
  • requesting information on personal data if it has been processed,
  • to learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with the purpose,
  • knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred in the country or abroad,
  • Requesting correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and requesting notification of the transaction made within this scope to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
  • Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring processing are eliminated, although it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the KVK (Personal Data Protection) Law and other relevant laws, and requesting the notification of the transaction made within this scope to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
  • objecting to the emergence of a result against the person himself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
  • has the right to demand the compensation of the damage in case of loss due to unlawful processing of personal data.
