Thyristor-Based Heat Control System

The German-made IGEL TSE product is a powerful 3-phase heating controller capable of supplying power to inductive or resistive heating elements. It is a high-performance thyristor-based digital control system with phase zero-crossing detection and control features to minimize harmonics in the grid.

The Igel TSE product, also known as the Heat Control System, is available in various versions depending on your facility’s mains voltage. Upon request, it can be remotely controlled with Modbus RTU, Profibus, or DeviceNet communication options. Thus, you can monitor and control the heating system in your facility via SCADA or PLC/controller. According to your requirements, you can transfer your reporting data from the TSE to your system.
