Forest fires in Türkiye during the summer months cause serious damage. Between 2015 and 2020, more than 16,000 fires occurred and over 62,000 hectares of forest were damaged. In 2023, more than 2,000 fires affected over 15,000 hectares of land. The first minutes of a fire are a critical threshold that determines the rate of spread.
Conventional fire trucks often cannot reach remote, narrow, and rugged areas in time. This delay makes it harder to bring fires under control, and response often comes too late.
Developed to address this need, Aquarius Water Mist First Response Systems provide fast and effective first response in hard to reach areas. The Aquarius-101 offers trailer type use with a capacity of up to 1,000 liters for fixed or mobile deployment, while the Aquarius-201 provides high mobility in difficult terrain with a 500 liter capacity and pickup mounted structure.
Both systems deliver safe and effective intervention with 40 bar low pressure, a foam mixing option, jet-spray mode switching, and a 30 meter hose system. Water mist technology achieves higher suppression efficiency with less water.
In jet mode the nozzle reaches up to 15 meters. Combined with the 30 meter hose, this provides an effective range of up to 45 meters.
Developed by Cedetaş Engineering & Technology, Aquarius turns time into an advantage in first response.
