Accurate Time Synchronization for Automation Systems in Industrial Facilities

NTP synchronizes general IT infrastructure and networked systems across the facility, while PTP serves applications requiring higher precision. Redundant server configurations ensure automatic failover in the event of a primary server failure, maintaining continuity without interruption.

For physical time display, self setting slave clocks keep every area of the facility synchronized. NTP clocks powered via PoE require no additional wiring infrastructure, while two wire systems allow hundreds of clocks across the entire facility to be synchronized from a single master clock.
